Marsa Al Arab project near Burj Al Arab to feature two new luxury islands

Dubai Holding on Sunday revealed the new Dh6.3 billion Marsa Al Arab project, including two new islands either side of the Burj Al Arab hotel. Dubai will soon be home to another world-class tourist destination.
Marsa Al Arab is a 4-million square feet mix-use development that will comprise two man-made islands on either side of the Burj Al Arab, adding about 2.2 km of beach front area.

It will house four major attractions: Wild Wadi, the Marine Park, Cirque de Soleil and the Pearl Museum.

The AED 6.5 billion project will also include four new hotels, more than 400 residential units and 400 F&B outlets
